KATHMANDU: Police have arrested a person on the charge of possessing a pistol in Chitwan. The arrested has been identified as Sujan Sunar, a resident of Bharatpur Metropolitan City-11.
According to Ek Narayan Koirala, spokesperson of the District Police Office, Chitwan, police have seized a pistol and some bullets from the arrested Sunar.

“Acting on a special tip-off, police raided the house of Sunar, and confiscated a 9mm pistol, and nine bullets and two catridges,” said Koirala, adding that police are investigating the case.
