BARA, Dec 22: Police seized a Scorpio jeep with an Indian number plate in Jeetpur-Simara Sub-Metropolitan City-1, Pathlaiya, on Friday morning, along with a significant quantity of narcotic marijuana.
Bara District Police reported that after the recovery of marijuana from an abandoned Indian Scorpio with DL 4 CNB 3681 license plate, parked at the service line of Pathlaiya, it was seized along with 36 kg of narcotic marijuana.

Deputy Superintendent of Police Dadhiram Neupane, Police Spokesperson of District Police Office, Bara, stated that the police team deployed from Police Station Pathlaiya, based on information about narcotic marijuana in the parked vehicle, discovered the drugs during a check. Further investigation was initiated after taking control of the vehicle.
He mentioned that the marijuana dealer had concealed the drug by packaging it like a box in the trunk of the Scorpio vehicle.
