PPMO blacklists 20 companies,  bars them from participating in procurement process of public bodies

KATHMANDU, Aug 9: The government has blacklisted 20 builders/suppliers.


The Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) issued a notice on Friday stating that, in accordance with Section 63(1) of the Public Procurement Act, 2063, 20 contractors/suppliers have been blacklisted effective from Friday.

The PPMO also stated that during the period of being blacklisted, the builders/suppliers will not be allowed to participate in any public procurement processes.
