President Paudel's health remains stable

KATHMANDU, June 18: President Ram Chandra Paudel’s health is said to be stable. He is undergoing treatment for a heart problem.

KATHMANDU, June 18: President Ram Chandra Paudel’s health is said to be stable. He is undergoing treatment for a heart problem.


Maharajgunj-based Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center issued a statement and stated that the health condition of President Paudel is stable.

The statement issued on Sunday by the Executive Director of the Center, Professor Dr  Mani Gajurel states that the heart rate of the President is being monitored.


The president was admitted for treatment at 5 am on Saturday after he was diagnosed with a heart problem. Last Tuesday, President Paudel was admitted to the Shahid Gangalal National Heart Center after experiencing heart issues. 


After receiving treatment and being discharged within a few days, President Paudel has again experienced health problems. President Paudel had undergone treatment in New Delhi, India in April.
