Prime Minister Deuba in Biratnagar to address election rally

KATHMANDU, May 4: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has reached Biratnagar to address the election rally organized by Nepali Congress (NC).

KATHMANDU, May 4: Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has reached Biratnagar to address the election rally organized by Nepali Congress (NC). 


The rally is being held in Biratnagar by the party in view of the local level election scheduled for May 13. The rally will also be addressed by NC senior leader Ram Chandra Poudel and General Secretary Bishwa Prakash Sharma.

The NC is going to hold poll assemblies in 10 different places across the country from today targeting the upcoming local polls.


Today is the first day of the assembly which will be held at Biratnagar. Accordingly, the NC is slated to organize poll assemblies in Kathmandu on May 6, Butwal (Rupandehi), Damauli (Tanahun) and Janakpur (Dhanusa) on May 7, Pokhara (Kaski) and Tulasipur (Dang) on May 8, Dhangadhi (Kailali) on May 9 and Dadeldhura on May 10.
