Priority to youth employment as soon as our party joins govt: Madhav Nepal

KATHMANDU, Sept 23: CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal has said that his party wants to adopt the multi-party democracy of the people.


Chairman Nepal also expressed his party's commitment to move forward while protecting the values ​​and beliefs of the multi-party system. Speaking at a program organized by Youth Association Nepal close to CPN (Unified Socialist) in Kathmandu on Thursday, he said that his party would move forward taking inspiration from the lives of leaders like Pushpalal Shrestha, Manmohan Adhikari and Madan Bhandari.

Stating that leaders like Mao and Ho Chi Minh have popularized the world communist movement, Chairman Nepal also instructed the party leaders and cadres to learn from it and move forward. Chairman Nepal said that his party would focus on providing employment to the youth as soon as it joins the government. He also warned the leaders and cadres of the youth association close to CPN (Unified Socialist) to be trained to make themselves competent for that.


Nepal said that the youths affiliated to the party should play a leading role in the social movement. Chairman Nepal also stressed the need for the party's youth to work in productive sectors including agriculture, fish farming, vegetable farming and fruit farming.
