Province 7 CM pledges to make initiation to open Tinkar point

DARCHULA, May 9: Chief Minister of Province 7, Trilochan Bhatta, has pledged to make initiation to open the Tinkar checkpoint based in Byas Rural Municipality in Darchula along the Nepal-China border.

DARCHULA, May 9: Chief Minister of Province 7, Trilochan Bhatta, has pledged to make initiation to open the Tinkar checkpoint based in Byas Rural Municipality in Darchula along the Nepal-China border. 


Speaking at a joint press meet organized by the Press Chautari and Press Center, Darchula today, the CM said the opening of the northern Tinakr point could pave a way for prosperity in the province that comprises eight districts including Darchula in far-western Nepal.

He took the time to insist on the need of opening all border check points with India and China in the Province 7. 


As stated by him, laws have been formulated to facilitate the operation of local levels. He was apprised of problems of Darchula's all nine local levels by their representatives and promised to formulate further lawas bearing in mind the issues.


He added that though the province government wishes to work at a fast pace, lack of all required laws have caused constructions. RSS
