MORANG, Sept 22: Quality Thai Foods of Biratnagar and New Shape Gym of Tankisinuwari have reached the final of the 'Corporate Futsal' competition being held in Biratnagar.
In the tournament organized by Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs Forum Biratnagar Chapter, Milan Karki scored a hat-trick from Quality Thai Foods, winning the match against Jai Maa Kali of Biratnagar by 4-3 goals. While Nabin Chaudhary scored a goal for Quality, Ishwar Khawas, Mehul Chhetri and Kshitij Thapamagar scored for Jai Maa Kali.

Similarly, in the second match, New Shape Gym defeated Akriti Pharma by 4-2 goals and entered the final. Sumit Chaudhary scored 2 goals while Nishan Thapa Magar and Suman Limbu scored one goal each for New Shape. Saroj Rai and Manas Pandey scored one goal each for Akriti Pharma.
The final of the competition will be held on Thursday. The players are insured for the duration of the tournament. The winner of the competition will get Rs 100,000 and the runner-up will get Rs 50,000 along with a trophy.
Likewise, the best goalkeeper and top scorer will get Rs 10,000 each, according to the match coordinator Utkrista Bhattarai. The competition is co-sponsored by Nepal Republic Media (Nagarik Dainik), Himalayan Everest Insurance, Marble PVC, Eastern Motors, Raina Plastic, ACC Brick, Lumbini General Insurance, among others.
