Presently, the first-terminal examinations are underway at the school which decided to postpone the today's paper bearing in mind the adverse situation. It seemed no possibility for 150 students to attend the today's paper due to flooding, the school said.

The flooded river also continues damaging maize crops and eroding the soil.
