Library Chief Purnalal Shrestha said students of TU’s constituent colleges and other universities, which have reached agreement with the library, have access to this facility.

Students are required to fill up a form available on the library's website www.tucl.org.np to read books, journals, articles and write-ups published by foreign writers. Based on the application forms, students will be provided with an email ID to access such documents.

More than 30,000 readers have created email IDs in the system which was launched four months ago. Over 50,000 e-books, over five million e-thesis and dissertations, thousands of journals, articles, magazines and write-ups are available on the database.
