KATHMANDU, May 2: Rastriya Prajatantra Party Chairman Kamal Thapa reached CPN-UML Parliamentary Party Office in Singhadurbar on Tuesday afternoon, when UML Chair KP Sharma Oli and senior leader Madhav Nepal along with other party leaders were holding final round of meeting to fix the candidate of mayor and deputy-mayor in Kathmandu Metropolitan City.

When the meeting was going on RPP Chair Thapa entered the UML's Parliamentary Party Office. Thapa, who left the Pushpa Kamal Dahal government yesterday, met the leaders and came out of the UML's office without making any comment.
It is believed that Thapa reached at the UML's office to discuss about possible alliance in the local-level elections scheduled for May 14 in three provinces -- Province 3, 4 and 6.
