In this initial phase, the RSP has prioritized these 27 projects and has established a six-member working group. This group is tasked with studying the projects in detail and suggesting the potential format and dates for the pressure programs.

The Galchhi-Trishuli-Meiling-Syabrubesi-Rasuwagadhi road project has been placed at the top of this initial list. Other significant projects such as the Dharahara reconstruction and the Melamchi water supply project are also included in the list of priorities for the upcoming pressure programs.
