Ruling coalition meeting underway at Baluwatar

KATHMANDU, April 18: A meeting of the ruling coalition is underway at the Prime Minister's residence in Baluwatar to discuss the distribution of seats in various municipalities including the metropolises.

KATHMANDU, April 18: A meeting of the ruling coalition is underway at the Prime Minister's residence in Baluwatar to discuss the distribution of seats in various municipalities including the metropolises.


Leaders including Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba, senior Nepali Congress leader Ram Chandra Poudel, Vice President Purna Bahadur Khadka and leader Krishna Prasad Sitaula are participating in the meeting on behalf of the Nepali Congress. Similarly, Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal, leaders Dev Gurung and Barshaman Pun are participating from the CPN (Maoist Center).

From the Janata Samajbadi Party, Dr Baburam Bhattarai and Upendra Yadav along with Rajendra Shrestha are participating in the meeting, while from the CPN (Unified Socialist) Chairman Madhav Kumar Nepal, Bijay Poudel and other leaders are participating.
