Sajha Party fails to repeat its unprecedented performance in May 14 elections

ITAHARI, July 3: Sajha Party(SP) elated over its unprecedented performance in the first phase of local level elections held on May 14 have failed to surprise the general public with a similar performance again.

ITAHARI, July 3: Sajha Party(SP) elated over its unprecedented performance in the first phase of local level elections held on May 14 have failed to surprise the general public with a similar performance again.


So far, SP mayoral candidate Tara Kafle has garnered 41 votes while SP deputy mayoral candidate Prakash Chandra Pariyar has obtained 69 votes.

Sajha Party mayoral and deputy mayoral candidates had garnered votes significant enough to make the SP feel proud in the local level elections held on May 14 in Kathmandu Metropolitan City.  


Like the general public, the SP considered its electoral performance as being unprecedented. It fielded Kafle and Pariyar as mayoral and deputy mayoral candidates for the elections in Itahari Sub-metropolitan City with the hope that it would at least repeat a similar performance.
