Cherish Nepal Foundation; a self-sustaining non-profit organization along with PAD2GO, a social enterprise organized a three-day seminar on menstrual health, recently in Chitwan.
Bharatpur Cancer Hospital to expand services nationwide
According to a press statement released by Cherish Nepal Foundation, the event was powered by United Insurance where they also installed sanitary napkin vending machines in three different government schools-- Malpur High School, Bachaauli High School, and Nepal Namuna High School.
It added Cherish Nepal Foundation is working with a vision of promoting ethical tourism. Moreover, under its product development program, it has been producing Raging Everest solid cologne; a perfume brand that represents Nepal.
Meanwhile, five percent of the profit from its sale will be used in operating costs for the foundation and for women empowerment and community development that is functioning at Sauraha, Chitwan.
