KATHMANDU, Feb 9: CPN (Maoist Centre) has picked former Speaker Agni Sapkota and Deputy General Secretary Pampha Bhusal as Vice Chairpersons of the party.
The Maoist Center in a circular issued on Wednesday informed that Sapkota and Bhusal have been promoted as party's Vice Chairpersons Earlier, Narayan Kaji Shrestha was the Senior Vice Chairman and Krishna Bahadur Mahara was the Vice Chairman.

Along with Bhusal, Deputy General Secretaries included Haribol Gajurel, Janardhan Sharma, Barshaman Pun, Giriraj Mani Pokharel, Matrika Yadav and Shakti Basnet. It was only Bhusal who was promoted in the party's rank
Likewise, Ganesh Shah, Dinanath Sharma, Chakrapani Khanal, Devendra Paudel, Leelamani Pokharel, Hitraj Pandey, Hit Man Shakya, Ram Karki and Dilaram Acharya have been appointed as the secretaries while Shriram Dhakal has been nominated as the treasurer.
At present, the Maoist Center has 22 officials, 44 Standing Committee members, 386 Central Committee members and 222 Alternate Central Committee members.
