BARA, Oct 30: Rupesh Saraf, the principal of Bal Ekta English Boarding School in Kalaiya Sub-metropolitan City-6, was shot at in Kalaiya.
Saraf was shot at by an unidentified group while he was on his way to Kalaiya Bazar from the school, in front of Shree Panna Devi Kanya Higher Secondary School. The gunshot left Saraf with a chest injury.

Bara police said that Saraf, who was seriously injured due to the bullet wound, has been taken to Birgunj for medical treatment.
A team, headed by Bara Superintendent of Police (SP) Suresh Kafle, has arrived at the scene to conduct a thorough investigation into the incident.
