KATHMANDU, August 6: Various government schools inside the Kathmandu Valley have started Grade 11 classes for SEE-appeared students before their results are even published. Popular schools inside the Valley have been conducting classes for engineering, technical science, management, humanities, education and law courses, calling them as ‘trial classes’, ‘preparation classes’ and in the name of ‘making good use of the students' free time’.

Earlier, the Department of Education of Kathmandu Metropolitan City had directed the schools in the Valley not to conduct classes for Grade 11 without the publishing of the SEE results. However, many public and private schools have started the classes online by securing enrollment seats. Also, the schools, students and their parents are relieved that the schools have started conducting online courses for Grade 11 to connect their children with education once again.
