Secretary assumes office as KMC's chief administrative officer

KATHMANDU, April 20: Nepal Government's Secretary Yadav Prasad Koirala has assumed office as Kathmandu Metropolitan City's Chief Administrative Officer.

KATHMANDU, April 20: Nepal Government's Secretary Yadav Prasad Koirala has assumed office as Kathmandu Metropolitan City's Chief Administrative Officer. 



Earlier practices had seen the government promote employees of the joint secretary level to the post at the KMC. 



Koirala, who has served in the government service for 16 years, has worked at the home administration, general administration and as the then local development officer of Ilam district. 



After assuming his duty, Secretary Koirala urged the officials at the KMC to work sincerely, to not create problems for citizens and to seek a commitment to develop the metropolitan city. RSS
