Melisha Ghimire is the CEO at Smart CAD Academy and Managing Director at Girls In Tech - Nepal. Through Smart Tech, she has been creating awareness about the use of technology in civil engineering projects as a bridge to fill the gap between academic learning and professional performance.

Then, recently she became the Managing Director at Girls In Tech - Nepal where it is working to bridge the gap between women and technology by engaging, educating, and empowering females of all ages in achieving their personal and professional development goals.


Ghimire believes that technology is for all where technology education and skills to girls can employ them in the IT sector promoting tech equality and combat gender disparity. She added, “It is not necessary to go out of box, you just need to polish and enhance the skills you have which will lead you to success being with the box.”
