KATHMANDU, Feb 7: Siddhartha Hospitality Group, the operator of the five-star hotel 'Siddhartha Vilasa' and various hotels and cafes in Bhairahawa, celebrated its 26th anniversary on Tuesday.
Siddhartha Hospitality announced a special promotion, offering discounts ranging from 15 percent to 50 percent on food and accommodation at various outlets for one week to commemorate the anniversary.
"The best outlets and employees across various categories were honored with awards at the anniversary celebration held in Kathmandu on Tuesday," said Krishna Neupane, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Siddhartha Hospitality, as quoted in a statement issued by the company.

During the occasion, CEO Neupane reflected on overcoming challenges posed by economic recessions, political, and social instability in the country. He emphasized the significant accomplishment of Siddhartha Group companies remaining profitable, showcasing their commitment to fostering a financially robust and well-organized hospitality enterprise of quality.
"Neupane mentioned that, in celebration of the anniversary, activities such as blood donation, sanitation drives, distribution of food to orphanages, and provision of educational materials and other necessities to students were organized across various outlets.
Siddhartha Riverside Resort on the Prithvi Highway and the Siddhartha Lumbini Green Resort in Chandrauta, Kapilvastu, are slated for upgrades to four-star hotel status within the next year," according to a press statement issued by the company.
Last year, Siddhartha Hospitality celebrated the opening of a five-star hotel in Bhairahawa and a luxury resort in Sauraha, Chitwan. Similarly, the hotel in Nepalgunj received the prestigious SATA award in the tourism sector.
The group is diversifying its business interests across various fields through entities such as Siddhartha Trading Concern, Siddhartha Institute of Hospitality, Siddhartha Biotica (an agricultural firm), and Sarv Technologies, according to the statement.
