Singati Hydro Energy receives permit to issue hundred percent right shares

KATHMANDU, Dec 29:  Singati Hydro Energy Limited (SHEL) is going to issue 100 percent right shares.

KATHMANDU, Dec 29:  Singati Hydro Energy Limited (SHEL) is going to issue 100 percent right shares. 


The company has received permission from the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue hundred percent right shares.

The company has informed the Nepal Stock Exchange that it has received permission from the SEBON on December 27 for the issuance of rights shares.


After issuing right shares in the ratio of 1:1, the paid up capital of the company will reach Rs 2.90 billion. Currently, 1.45 million shares of SHEL are listed in NEPSE.
