Siraha’s SP and CDO relieved of their responsibilities

KATHMANDU, Jan 30:  The Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) has relieved the Chief District Officer of Siraha, Rajendra Dev Pandey, from his responsibilities.

KATHMANDU, Jan 30:  The Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) has relieved the Chief District Officer of Siraha, Rajendra Dev Pandey, from his responsibilities.


On the direction of the ministry, the chief of the District Police Office, Siraha, SP Tekunanda Iwa Limbu has also been removed from his duties.

MoHA has not stated the reason for dismissing both of them. SP Limbu is nearing the end of his police service tenure.


An official from the home minister's secretariat said that SP Limbu had been recalled in accordance with the policy of not appointing someone in-charge when there is only one year remaining before his/her retirement.
