Subedi wins in Naumule Rural Municipality

BIRENDRANAGAR, May 15: CPN (Maoist Center) candidate Chhabi Ram Subedi has emerged victorious in Naumule Rural Municipality of Dailekh district. He won with 3,200 votes.

BIRENDRANAGAR, May 15: CPN (Maoist Center) candidate Chhabi Ram Subedi has emerged victorious in Naumule Rural Municipality of Dailekh district. He won with 3,200 votes.


His rival Bhade Budha Magar of the Nepali Congress received 2,544 votes. CPN-UML's Shashi Ram BK received 1,920 votes. Subedi, who was elected as the Rural Municipality Chairman, was defeated in the previous elections held in 2017.

Similarly, Ganga Bahadur Shahi of CPN (Unified Socialist) has won the post of rural municipality vice-chairman. He got 2,834 votes. His rival Amrita Singh of the Nepali Congress secured 2,405 votes.
