Tatsama Arts organizing ‘Centerstage’

KATHMANDU, Nov 17: Tatsama Arts organized a workshop module conducted by foreign theatre/art practitioners for aspiring Nepali artists entitled ‘Centerstage’. The workshop started from October 26 and will continue up to December 21.

KATHMANDU, Nov 17: Tatsama Arts organized a workshop module conducted by foreign theatre/art practitioners for aspiring Nepali artists entitled ‘Centerstage’. The workshop started from October 26 and will continue up to December 21. 


According to a press statement, the workshop is divided into eight sessions; one session per week.

After that, the selected participants will enter into a 7-10 days rehearsal period and the entire exercise will culminate into a play production.  The workshop has been able to bring out 25-30 artists (representing various theatre groups of Nepal) under a single roof. 


According to a press statement ‘Playing with Fire’is based on the method of Helmond Woudenberg. Caro De van Feijter from Netherlands is conducting a theatre workshop entitled ‘Playing with Fire’
