KATHMANDU, July 31: The House Rent Concern Federation Nepal has demanded the formulation of national act relating to the house rent.
At a news conference organized here on Sunday, Federation Chairman Shankar Koirala stressed that only the new act could help resolve problems on house renting.

He said that the act would benefit both sides-owner and renters- and ensure safety.
"Why the government is not serious on bringing a national act that ensures the safety of house owners and renters," he wondered.
Moreover, the Federation has put forth 26-point demands, including the termination of one-sided rent hike by house owners. RSS
