KATHMANDU, Dec 12: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has appointed Nepali Ambassador to Belgium Lok Bahadur Thapa as the ambassador to the European Union also.
The President made the appointment as per the recommendation of the Council of Ministers, said President's Office. Thapa is a career diplomat. RSS
