He also promised not to fail in any work to be done by the Ministry of Home Affairs for the security of the business and industry community. Home Minister Lamichhane also said that the government will set up a separate unit to work in the industry and business sector and end the situation where industrialists have to run to the ministries or offices for small tasks.
He urged the industrialists to increase their business and focus on increasing the revenue of the country. He said that industrialists should not waste time meeting government offices, office managers and politicians. He asked businessmen who have problems with the government's policy to give advice.
Home Minister Lamichhane also promised to put an end to the situation where businessmen making money is considered a crime of sorts. He said that the country will progress only when the businessmen earn money from business and trade in a fair and clean manner.
Lamichhane said that as industries grow, jobs will be created in the country. He says that the number of people working outside the law is large and “it will take time to clean up the mess”. He said that while cleaning the garbage pits, there may be more stench, and for that, industrialists should be prepared to bear the stench. He also said that he will work within the limits of the law, noting that he does not have to either protect or frame anyone.
