POKHARA, Dec 12: Three boys have been arrested in Pokhra for raping girls. According to the Provincial Police Office, Gandaki, the three arrested are 16-17 years old.
According to a police source, the accused and victims were acquaintances to each other. They got to know each other through Facebook and had reached Baglung to celebrate their friend's birthday. They stayed in a hotel at Baglung-2 Summit Chowk.

After the girls suddenly disappeared without anyone knowing, their parents started searching for them. According to the provincial police office, when they reached the hotel during the search, it was discovered that the boys and girls were staying together in the hotel.
According to police, the arrested boys have been kept in the district police office and the investigation has been started.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Sharda Prasad Chaudhary informed Republica that the girls have been kept in a safe house in Baglung. According to the police, the investigation confirmed that the crime had been committed and after the parents of the girls filed a complaint, the legal process began.
