LIWANG (Rolpa), March 3: A tractor driver succumbed to road accident occurred at Simkhet, Korchanbang-5 in Rolpa district on Thursday.
The deceased has been identified as Aaite Singh BK of Kotgaun-7 in the district, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police Ram Prasad Gharti Magar.
Driver dies in tractor accident
The Madi Chaur bound tractor (Na 3 Ta 6988), coming from Gharti Gaun, met with an accident when it fell off the road some 50 meters.Injured in the incident, driver BK was rushed to Nepalgunj for further treatment after giving him primary treatment at the accident site.
He breathed his last on his way to hospital in Nepalgunj, police said. The body of deceased has been kept at the Banke District Hospital in Nepalgunj for post mortem. The assistant driver remained unscathed, according to the police. RSS
