KATHMANDU, Nov 22: The Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office has requested the people to come out with their vehicles on roads only for urgent work tomorrow.
The office issued a public notice today, saying, “As it seems that various groups are going to hold protest demonstrations in various parts of the Kathmandu Valley on November 23, which could create traffic inconvenience across the Valley, you are requested to come out on the roads in your vehicles only if there is an urgent work.”

Traffic police have also requested everyone to call hotline numbers 100 or 103 and to listen to FM 95.5 MHz (Traffic FM) to stay informed about the situation on the road. “For your safety and traffic management, the traffic police can divert vehicles from any place, so we kindly request you to lend the necessary assistance to the traffic police,” the notice said.
