'Trishuli Villa' operationalized with Rs 100 million investment

KATHMANDU, April 18: Uddav Kandel, the proprietor of Trishuli Riverside Resort near Malekhu on the Prithvi Highway, has unveiled 'Trishuli Villa' across the Trishuli River.


Kandel stated that approximately Rs 100 million has been invested in the villa's construction, covering an area of 15 ropanis. The villa comprises 37 rooms within 12 charming villas, offering more luxurious amenities compared to Trishuli Riverside Resort.


Of these, 22 rooms are currently operational, with the remaining 15 slated to open in the coming months. Additionally, the villa features a conference hall accommodating 300 people, catering especially to corporate clientele.

In consideration of wellness enthusiasts, the villa includes a sauna and steam room. Clients can also arrange private parties, campfires, barbecues, and more as per their preferences.


The villa offers packages starting from a minimum of Rs 4,000, encompassing dinner, room, breakfast, along with access to the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and hiking under the wellness package. Guests can indulge in luxurious amenities throughout their stay.


Similarly, the villa houses a restaurant and bar and boasts a scenic view of the Trishuli River from room balconies, providing a serene and natural ambiance near a forest.


Kandel emphasized that the villa caters not only to corporate clients but also to those seeking special events and wedding venues. Its picturesque setting alongside the ever-flowing Trishuli River and lush forests offers an incomparable experience.


The Trishuli Riverside Resort is evolving into an adventure tourism hub, offering activities like sky cycling, ziplining, and adventure rafting on the Trishuli River, enhancing guests' overall experience.


To reach the villa, people can opt for ziplining or sky cycling from Trishuli Riverside Resort after Malinga on the Prithvi Highway.


Alternatively, guests who prefer a non-adventurous route can access the villa by crossing a suspension bridge. A parking facility is available along the river for vehicles. For those traveling by a bike, the villa can be reached via the suspension bridge.
