GORKHA, Dec 3: A person died and three others were injured in a tractor accident in Gorkha.
The District Traffic Police Office, Gorkha, informed that the deceased have been identified as 29-year old Padam Bahadur Thapamagar from Silingdovan of Shahid Lakhan Rural Municipality-3.
Similarly, those injured in the accident are Ram Bahadur Alemagar, 26, from Shahid Lakhan Rural Municipality-3, Pradip Aryal, 22, from Abukhaireni Rural Municipality of Tahanu, and tractor operator Bishwas Gurung, 35 from Gorkha Municipality-13. They have been receiving treatment in Chitwan.
Two killed, three injured in separate road accidents in Jhapa
In a separate road accident in Saptari, a motorcyclist died on the spot when he was hit by a truck at Kadamaha of Surunga Municipality-4 in the district.
The victim has been identified as Mohamad Harun, 35.
The motorcycle he was riding was hit by a truck coming from opposite direction along the East West Highway.
The District Police Office, Saptari, informed that the truck driver has been taken under control for investigation.
