UML’s Pokharel narrows early voting gap in Dang

DANG, Nov 23: CPN-UML candidate Shankar Pokharel from Dang-2 has narrowed the early voting gap with Rekha Sharma of CPN (Maoist Center).

DANG, Nov 23: CPN-UML candidate Shankar Pokharel from Dang-2 has narrowed the early voting gap with Rekha Sharma of CPN (Maoist Center).


Pokharel, who was lagging behind by almost 2,000 votes until Tuesday evening, has reduced the vote difference to 1,600 by Wednesday morning.

According to the vote results made public this morning, Sharma has got 14,107 votes, while  Pokharel is following her with 12,423 votes.


So far, 38,132 votes have been counted in Dang-2.
