UML seeks suggestions from well-wishers for the party’s election manifesto

KATHMANDU, Sept 4: The CPN-UML has called for suggestions from all friends and well-wishers of the party for inclusion in the manifesto for the upcoming House of Representatives and provincial assembly elections.

KATHMANDU, Sept 4: The CPN-UML has called for suggestions from all friends and well-wishers of the party for inclusion in the manifesto for the upcoming House of Representatives and provincial assembly elections.


Earlier, the 'Manifesto Draft Committee' formed under the leadership of Chairman KP Sharma Oli called upon the entire party line to give suggestions on the contents to be included in the manifesto by August 31.

The time given to all party bodies and committees, departments, party-affiliated people’s organizations and party leaders-workers for their inputs has expired. Most of the departments and people's organizations have given their suggestions.


UML has also called for suggestions from friends and well-wishers of UML outside the party committee and the general public.


Anyone who has goodwill toward the UML and wants to suggest the work to be done by the UML after winning the upcoming elections, s/he is requested to provide it to the party central office by September 10, according to a statement issued by the party.


The party’s Central Office Secretary Dr Bhishma Adhikari has been designated as the contact person for suggestions, while those who wish to send suggestions through emails can send their suggestions via email.
