UML wins election in Naugad Rural Municipality

DARCHULA, July 1: CPN-UML candidate Prem Singh Dhami has emerged victorious in the race for the chief of Naugad Rural Municipality in Darchula with 2289 votes, compared to 1816 votes for his nearest rival Nepal Congress candidate Jagat Singh Thagunna.

DARCHULA, July 1: CPN-UML candidate Prem Singh Dhami has emerged victorious in the race for the chief of Naugad Rural Municipality in Darchula with 2289 votes, compared to 1816 votes for his nearest rival Nepal Congress candidate Jagat Singh Thagunna.

Likewise, UML candidate Gauri Thagunna has won the election for the position of deputy chief of Naugad Rural Municipality  with 2036 votes , compared to 1777 votes garnered by her closest rival NC Lalmati Dhami(Bohara).
