Update: All onboard seven confirmed dead in Taplejung helicopter crash

KATHMANDU, Feb 27: All seven passengers onboard confirmed dead in helicopter crash in Taplejung district on Wednesday afternoon. According to local resident Suraj Bhattarai, authorities retrieved all dead bodies.

KATHMANDU, Feb 27: All seven passengers onboard confirmed dead in helicopter crash in Taplejung district on Wednesday afternoon.

According to local resident Suraj Bhattarai the rescue authorities retrieved all dead bodies from the crash site.


The deceased have been identified as Tourism Minister Rabindra Adhikari, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli's Aide Yubraj Dahal, Tourism enterpreneur Ang Tshering Sherpa, Captain Prabhakar KC and Minister Adhikari's bodyguard Arjun Ghimire, Deputy Director General of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal Birendra Shrestha and CAAN's regional director Dhruba Das.
