Varun Dhawan said since ‘Kalank’ is coming out first, it is getting a big release on the international front. He also added that nine days is a lot of time for people to decide whether they like the film or not, so if they will like it, it will continue to run at the box office. Moreover, according to Varun, both films have enough screen space; thus, the collection of ‘Kalank’ would not be hampered.

Set in the era of 1940s, ‘Kalank’ is a multi-starrer period drama featuring Madhuri Dixit, Sanjay Dutt, Alia Bhatt, Varun Dhawan, Sonakshi Sinha and Aditya Roy Kapur.
