In the election code of conduct proposed by the commission, it is mentioned that vehicles with foreign number plates will not be allowed in the election campaign. It is mentioned in the proposed code of conduct that a maximum of two two-wheeled, three-wheeled or four-wheeled light vehicles powered by electrical and mechanical power and maximum four horses can be used in places where such vehicles do not operate. But vehicles with foreign number plates will not be given such permission.

Similarly, the proposal that parties or candidates cannot transport voters using licensed vehicles is also mentioned in the code of conduct. In the previous elections, vehicles were rented cheaply from India and used in the elections in the border districts.
