DHANGADI, May 4: After Rajendra Rawal, leader of UML's Sudurpaschim Parliamentary Party, and chief whip have arrived in Kathmandu on Saturday to seek advice at the top level, it appears that Chief Minister (CM) Dirgha Bahadur Sodari may not secure a vote of confidence even on Saturday.
Chief Minister Sodari had planned to seek a vote of confidence on Friday, but UML stated that Sodari's haste led them to decide against granting the vote of confidence.
