Ward office distributes zinc sheets to destitute

TEHRATHUM, Feb 7: In a bid to improve the livelihood of the poor people, ward office of  Myanglung Municipality-7 has distributed corrugated zinc sheets, meter box and wiring tools, furniture and photocopy machines to them.

TEHRATHUM, Feb 7: In a bid to improve the livelihood of the poor people, ward office of  Myanglung Municipality-7 has distributed corrugated zinc sheets, meter box and wiring tools, furniture and photocopy machines to them.


Organizing a program on Wednesday, the ward office handed over the zinc sheets to three households who were unable to cover their roof due to poverty. Likewise, four poverty-stricken families who were living without electricity have been provided with meter box and wiring tools, according to ward chief Narayan Acharya.

Furthermore, the ward office handed over chairs to Pathivara Group and Bishwanath temple. A local health post was provided with a photocopy machine. The municipality had provided all these materials. Sanjaya Kumar Tumbahangphe who was the chief guest at the program stated that the local government would solve one after another problem of people through planning.
