KATHMANDU, Dec 26: Chairman of the CPN (Maoist Center) Pushpa Kamal Dahal has accused the UML of trying to dissolve parliament for a third time. Dahal accused the UML, which dissolved parliament twice when it was leading the government, of playing the game of dissolving parliament again as the main opposition. "But we will not allow that effort to succeed," Dahal said. "We will not allow parliament to be dissolved under any circumstances."

Speaking to reporters on the eve of the party's national convention, Dahal said efforts were still being made to reverse the change and its achievements. "For the first time, we invalidated the dissolution of parliament by taking to the streets. For the second time, we were unable to appear on the streets due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, we succeeded in bringing about the change with the help of the court, "said Dahal, "Even now, efforts are being made to reverse the change. "
