KATHMANDU, Dec 26: Partial changes are likely in the weather condition in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces today.
According to the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD) under the Department of Hydrology and Meteorology, there is currently no significant weather system active in Nepal.
Rainfall to take place in hilly regions today
The MFD has said that the weather will be generally clear in the hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces this afternoon. In addition, there is also a possibility of light snowfall in one or two places in the high hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki provinces today.
Similarly, the weather will remain clear in the rest of the hilly areas of Koshi and Bagmati provinces tonight.
The MFD has requested everyone to take necessary measures to avoid colds as the temperature is decreasing across the country.
