KATHMANDU, April 24: The West Indies ‘A’ cricket team has arrived in Nepal. The team is set to play a series of five T20 matches against the Nepali team.
Led by captain Roston Chase, the West Indies ‘A’ team comprises 12 players who have also played for the senior team. All five matches against the West Indies will take place at the TU Cricket Ground in Kirtipur.

The series will kick off with the first match between West Indies 'A' and Nepal on Saturday, April 27. The other matches are scheduled for April 28, May 1, May 2, and the final match on May 4.
This visit by West Indies ‘A’ marks the highest level team to come to Nepal according to international standards. Previously, teams from other associate nations such as the Netherlands and Scotland have also visited Nepal.
