KATHMANDU, April 27: In the first T20 match, West Indies 'A' has set Nepal a target of 205 runs.


Having lost the toss and being sent in to bat first, West Indies 'A' posted a total of 204 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.

West Indies 'A' captain Roston Chase led the charge with a blistering 74 runs off 46 balls, including 9 fours and 2 sixes. Opener Alick Athanaze contributed 47 runs off 25 balls, featuring 5 fours and 3 sixes, while Johnson Charles was dismissed for zero and Andre Fletcher managed 13 runs.


Keacy Carty played a crucial innings, scoring 38 runs off 26 balls, including 2 fours and 3 sixes, before being dismissed. Kadeem Alleyne remained unbeaten on 14 runs off 15 balls, including 2 fours.


Nepal's Kamal Singh Airee, Dipendra Singh Airee, Rohit Paudel, and Abhinash Bohra each claimed 1 wicket.
