KATHMANDU, Feb 5: The winter session of the Federal Parliament has commenced from today. The third session of the House of Representatives and the 15th session of the National Assembly has started at the Federal Parliament Building, New Baneshwar.
House of Representatives Speaker Devraj Ghimire and National Assembly Chairman Ganesh Prasad Timilsina welcomed the lawmakers to their respective sessions and read out the letters regarding the convening of the parliament session received from the Office of the President and the Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers.
