TANAHUN, Feb 16: A woman lost her life when a tractor and a motorcycle collided in Chhabdi Deurali, Shuklagandaki Municipality-10 of Tanahun, on Thursday evening.
The collision occurred between the motorcycle (Ga 7 Pa 6924) traveling from Sankhe to Dulegauda and the tractor (Ga 1 Ta 3994) traveling from the opposite direction. In the accident, 45-year-old Pipal Kauri Gurung, the pillion rider on the motorcycle from Shukla Gandaki-1, Thaprek, lost her life.

Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Mohan Bahadur Khand of the District Police Office, Tanahun, said that the tractor driver and the motorcycle rider have been detained for further investigation.
