All the speakers shared their stories of their journey and success, their struggle with the stereotypical mindset of the society in each of their sector and how they overcame them. Speakers also participated in a panel discussion where they answered questions like what success meant for them, what challenges they face in their respective fields and the support or lack thereof from the government.

The session discussed the still evident dire situation of our society where women participation is still less in any given field, along with factors that lead to cause such situations and stressed the need for them to share the limelight equally with their male counterparts for the empowerment of women population as a whole. Sharing what they expect from the society or the authorities, they said was acceptance and free-mind. In the event, 15 different stalls were on display from the speakers and other women-led and women-involved enterprises.
