KATHMANDU, Dec 5: CPN-UML Chairman KP Sharma Oli has claimed that his party will lead the country’s government within a year.  Oli said that elections will be held within one year after which the CPN-UML will form its government.

Speaking at a program organized in Kathmandu on Saturday, Oli said that the work to reshape the country will be accelerated under his party’s leadership. He also alleged that some people could not bear to watch the reconstruction of national properties and other development works including construction of highways and had removed him from the government. He urged the people to support  the CPN-UML to lead the country toward development and prosperity. Oli also urged members of other political parties to join the CPN-UML to reconstruct the country.

Stating that others have ‘loosened the bolts tightened by his party’ during their time in the government, Oli said that the Nepali people have to vote for his party to discontinue such practices. Furthermore, Oli claimed that he was removed from the government while trying to establish Nepal as a land-linked country.
