KATHMANDU, April 9: World Link, Nepal's leading internet service provider, has deployed teams in all its branch offices across the nation for field support for smooth internet service to its customers during the lockdown period.


Since the Nepal government imposed nationwide lockdown to stem the spread of coronavirus, the number of internet users has grown sharply.

Internet has been one of the indispensable parts of people's daily life. The internet has been very essential for online banking, online courses, social media and various works these days.


The field support teams are kept in isolation in the offices for the safety of the team members and their families. The company has been conducting health check-up of the team members time and again. They are provided with Personal Protective Equipment and other safety kits as well.


Likewise, the company has also been providing internet services to those kept in quarantine and isolation across the country.
